Confirmation is an important step in the life of a young believer. Confirmation class at Dundee provides a way to explore the foundations of the Christian faith and to consider becoming a member of Dundee Presbyterian Church. It is for 9th grade students and all other high school students not currently a member of the church. Through a discipleship approach that incorporates the guidance of mentors for each student youth to explore a deeper relationship with God that culminates in presenting a statement of faith.
Classes begin in mid-October for students meeting approximately twice each month and concluding in April. The next Confirmation Sunday is scheduled for May 1, 2011.
