David is retired from the Air Force after spending 20 years in the Morale Welfare and Recreation/Services career field. He is married to Janean Daisy who is the Asst Auto Hobby Shop Manager and they reside in Old Towne Bellevue with their 18 yr old son Raith. They also have a daughter who is married and lives in Auburn, IA. Rachelle and her husband Eric have one son, Kale. David’s assignments include San Antonio, Texas, (twice) Whiteman AFB MO, Eielson AFB AK, Clear AFS AK., Bolling AFB Washington DC, and Offutt AFB NE. (twice) David has been on 4 deployments and he spent a great deal of time as Enlisted Aide for two Generals, one assigned to the Pentagon the other was a MAJCOM Commander, AETC (Air Education and Training Command) at Randolph Air Force Base just outside of San Antonio Texas. David’s other positions while serving in the Air Force include Lodging Superintendent, War Readiness Superintendent and he retired as the Fitness Superintendent from Offutt AFB in April of 2004. David has attended cooking schools and his hobbies include cooking, writing, and just enjoying the outdoors and he spent more than 10 years as a volunteer manager for Offutt’s Equestrian facility. As our Director of Operations, David oversees the Church’s finances, facilities, human resources, training and guest relations.
