Congratulations on successfully navigating your way through the Dundee website! If you’re a tech-challenged person like me, that’s no small task. Computer savvy I am not, but I excel at corny jokes, coffee drinking, and anything that has to do with sitting for long periods of time. Other interests include cheering for Seattle sports teams, reading books my wife thinks are boring, listening to U2 music, and goofing around with my kids.
God took hold of my heart when I was a teenager, but it wasn’t until my final year of seminary in Princeton, NJ that I heeded the call to become a pastor. Following seminary, from 2005 to 2011, I served 5 full and enriching years at Eastridge Presbyterian Church in Lincoln, NE as their Associate Pastor of Adult Education and Pastoral Care. Beginning in April of 2011, I was welcomed into the Dundee church community to serve as their Associate Pastor for Congregational Life.
My wife, Mary Alice, and I are both pastor’s kids. You can call us PK’s if you’re into the whole brevity thing. My children, Madelyn and William, are also PK’s, but I didn’t have to tell you that. I guess you could call them APK’s since I’m an associate. Whatever works for you!
Church labels aside, we are immensely grateful to be a part of a community of believers in Omaha who seek to grow in relationship with God and one another. My prayer is that you will experience God’s love as you worship and serve Christ in our midst.
