Dundee CHurch’s Ongoing missions
Dundee Presbyterian Church’s mission ministry strives to help its congregation develop relationships through Jesus Christ with its local, national and international mission partners.
Working with such mission partners as ABIDE Network, the Open Door Mission, Omaha Street School, Hope Center for Kids, Iglesia Cristiana, New Hope Life Center for Women and international ministries in Albania and Colombia.
Mission Partner of the Month
Torchbearers Albania
Our partnership with missionary Mark Stoscher and the Ersekë Albania ministry started in 1990 from a lifelong friendship between Mark and pastor Jeff Chapman. We have traveled there every 2 years or so and recently returned in 2022 after COVID.
Our outreach has included building playground equipment that has stood for over 20 years, outreaches to the small communities around Ersekë, assisting in building the awesome camp in Ersekë that is the pride of the community, helping with the orphanage that was started by the Stoscher family, assembling soccer field and a miniature golf course as an outreach to the youth of Albania. The summer camp ministry served about 150 youth in 1990 and has grown to over 2,000 from all over the country. The church grew and was added on to only to have again outgrown it. We hope many more will experience this tremendous out pouring of the gospel in one of the poorest countries of the world. Mission Trip to Colombia
Dundee Presbyterian Church had an excellent trip to Colombia working with our missions partner Prince of Peace Presbyterian Church serving in the community of Bogota!
Dates: May 26th - June 3rd, 2023.
Serving with Abide Omaha
Our mission partner ABIDE has been working in North O for years bringing the Kingdom to Earth. We have joined them again to bring hope to a neighborhood this year. We have purchased a house in partnership with them and will be working on renovating it over the next few months. When completed this will become a Lighthouse and a missionary family will move in to help bring Light to the neighborhood. We will be working on the house on the second and third Saturdays of each month. Plan on joining us for the joyful work of bringing God to Omaha. Monthly Service Opportunities
The first Thursday of each month during the school year, a group from Dundee prepares and serves lunch to the staff and students at the Omaha Street School. This faith-based alternative high school located in North Omaha is one of DPC’s mission partners. Would you like to help us serve, donate part of a meal, or just learn more about the school?

Operation Christmas Child
We had a wonderful time this year providing shoeboxes for Samaritan’s Purse and their Operation Christmas Child. Although we are done for the year, look here starting in 2023 for information about the next time we will work to bring not only toys to kids around the world, but also the gospel of Jesus Christ!
